I having been transferring files of photos and videos for many years on 7 and on XP - no problem.I tried transferring my new files from card reader today. The old photos, videos show but nothing beyond a month ago eg when i bought the new laptop. They work in the capture device ok.What pray tell me me do i have to load up / download/ buy to allow these important treasures onto my new machine.

Message is to turn device on and make sure its unlocked. Card is NOT locked. This is on Windows 10.card transfer worked fine with Windows 7 when I had that program.
